Definition:
Punctuation means the use of points, stops, or makrs to divide one sentence from another or one part of a sentence from another.

Capitalization:
Every first word in sentence starts with capital letter.
Jo bhi English sentence ka first letter hota hey us ko hum capital me write krtey hein.
The comma:
They show small pause in a sentence.
Semi colon:
It expresses a big pause
Jahan par hum thori se baat ko pause krtey hein comma wahan pr lagaeya jata hey.
Jahan par hum bohat zayada baat ko pause krtey hein semi colon wahan pr lagaeya jata hey.
Colon:
It expresses complete pause.
Jahan par hum puri baat ko pause krtey hein colon wahan pr lagaeya jata hey.
Full stop/period:
It shows completeness of a sentence.
Mark of Interrogation:
It's placed at the end of an Interrogative sentence.
Jab hum koi sentence pura lekh leytey hein toh hum full stop (.) lagatey hein.
Jahan pr hum sentence me sawal puchtey hein tab hum question mark lga tey hein. ?
Mark of Exclamation:
It's placed after the words which express strong feelings of happiness, grief and sadness.
Jab hum apney sentence me feeling ki baat krtey hein toh exclamation mark lgaya jata hey.
Hyphen:
It's used to make a compound word.
Yeh tab istamal hota hey jab hum do cheez ki ek sentence me baat kren, takreebn.
Dash:
It shows the sudden end of thought or change in them.
Yeh tab hum lagatey hein jab humarey kisi ko guess, ya fill in the blanks k liya boltey hein.
Apostrophe Comma:
It's placed after 'Noun' showing possession.
Yeh hum lagatey hein Noun k baad.
Inverted Commas:
Quotation is written under inverted commas.
Brackets:
It's used in the middle of a sentence showing unrelated part.
Jab hum kisi ka text copy krtey hein aur kisi ko send krna hota hey toh us ko hum Inverted commas me dal kr send krtey hein first or last me.

It is used to separate explanations or qualifying statements within a sentence
